One of the Most Critical Elements of Health & Fitness

Here is your Fitness Success: Tip Of The Week - # 5

One of the most critical elements of health & fitness is nutrition.

As a matter of fact it is the most underestimated factor in the 'fitness success' equation. Myths, mis-perceptions, societal norms and misleading marketing are just some of the things that prevent people from getting a grasp on what it means to 'eat right' as it applies to optimal health and fitness levels.

No matter what your starting point is or what your goals are, the food and nutrients you put in your body are just as important as your overall mindset and your actual exercise program. I could even argue that this might be the most crucial element in your fitness efforts.

Body weight, body fat, health/medical profiles, energy levels, immunity to disease and illness, strength, muscular appearance, and bone density are just a few of the things that your nutrition intake has a direct impact on.

Pay attention to what you put into your body and how much of it as well.

In future 'Tips of the Week' I will give you specific examples of what to look for & how to 'analyze' your choices of food and beverages. Some of these excerpts will come right from the 'Food Label Profiles' and 'Fitness Food Recipes' inside the Members Only area of this website.

Don't Be Like Everybody Else... Be Fit !
